As the Founder and CEO of Synchrony Talent Partners, Michael is not just a leader in the executive search industry but a devoted student for over two decades. Beginning his recruitment journey in 2000 with Brookfield Associates (Est. in 1981), he ascended to become a partner and owner by 2003. In 2020, he orchestrated a transformative initiative, breathing new life into the company and positioning it as a nationally esteemed executive search firm specializing in sales and sales leadership.
Known as the Talent Whisperer and a Conversation Catalyst, Michael has helped redefine executive search and on-demand recruitment. Every interaction under his guidance evolves into an authentic conversation, nurturing professional connections, relationships, and alliances. With a diverse background in sales and management across industries like Music, Health and Benefits, SaaS, Graphic Design, Manufacturing, and Communications, Michael brings a wealth of business experience to the table.
Beyond his business acumen, Michael is an accomplished drummer/percussionist, deeply passionate about music as a catalyst for social change. He believes in its unifying force, creating harmony and alignment – a true embodiment of Synchrony.
